Holiday Activities and Food at Sewerby Hall
1pm - 3.30pm
The Holiday Activities and Food programme, HAF, is a government funded scheme to provide, in conjunction with East Riding of Yorkshire Council, healthy food and holiday enrichment for primary school age children in receipt of benefits-related free school meals.

Sewerby Hall and Gardens is proud to be part of this scheme and are offering eight free activity sessions over the course of the Summer Holidays.

Working with local artist Esther Cawley, participants will have the opportunity to create their own piece of art to take home, inspired by Sewerby Hall and Gardens, as well as enjoying a packed lunch from the Clock Tower Cafe.

The activity sessions will be free to eligible participants and their families. Participants can book on to either a morning or afternoon session and enjoy the rest of the day on a self-led visit exploring Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

Morning sessions will run from 10am till 12.30pm, with lunch provided from 12.30. Afternoon sessions will run from 1pm till 3.30pm, with lunch provided from 12.00.

Entry to Sewerby Hall and Gardens for all participants will be from 9.30am.

This is a bookable event and numbers are limited so contact the Welcome Centre at Sewerby Hall to secure a place.

Children must be accompanied at all times by at least one responsible adult, and must not be left without a guardian. Parents will be admitted free with a participating child.

To be eligible for a place children must be in receipt of benefits-related free school meals.
